How do I go about renting a bin with Binwise Disposal?

Renting a bin is easy with our online booking system or a quick phone call. Our friendly customer service team is here to guide you every step of the way and help you choose the right bin rental for your project.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All payments for our bin rentals are processed electronically for your convenience. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. Please note, we do not accept cash or checks.

What happens if I exceed the weight limit of the bin?

At BinWise Disposal, we value fairness and transparency. Our pricing follows a simple “pay for what you use” model. If your load exceeds the 1-ton weight limit, you won’t face a flat overage fee, instead, you’ll only pay for the extra weight at $89 per ton.

Are your services available on weekends?

Yes, we aim to work around your schedule, that’s why we offer bin rentals, deliveries, and pickups seven days a week for maximum convenience.

Do I need to be present during the bin delivery or pick-up?

At BinWise Disposal, we understand your time is valuable. As long as clear placement instructions are provided, you don’t need to be present for bin delivery or pick-up—we’ll handle it for you, hassle-free.

Allowed Items

General Household Items

Our bin rentals accept a wide range of household items, including housewares, personal belongings, clothing, plastics, and paper. You can also dispose of furniture such as mattresses, box springs, chairs, couches, and sofa beds making your cleanup easy and convenient.

Appliances

We allow all type of small and big appliances from fridges, ovens, washer / dryer, BBQ without propane tank, deep/standing freezer, AC units

Home Electronics

We accept a wide range of electronics, including TVs, computers, and printers. Our bin rentals also accommodate appliances such as microwaves, stoves, dishwashers, washers, dryers, ovens, AC units, swamp coolers, freezers, and refrigerators.

Tires and Small Engines

Tires and Small engines are accepted items in our bins. Please ensure engines are drained of all hazardous fluids.

Mattresses and Boxsprings

Mattresses and box springs are accepted. Box springs are includes in our pricing however mattresses are a $25 surcharge per item. Please ensure they are placed near the top of the bin for easy removal.

Trees, Stumps & Shrubs

Keep branches below top of bin for safe hauling. Stumps to be dirt free as best as possible. We also allow wood chips, mulch and leaves bags.

Not Allowed Items

Batteries

Batteries of any kind are strictly prohibited, including car batteries and all types of lithium batteries, due to safety and environmental regulations.

Biohazardous Materials

We do not accept items like fecal matter, deceased animals, medical waste, or any materials contaminated with potentially infectious substances in our bin rentals, in order to comply with health and safety regulations.

Weapons

Please do not place weapons, firearms, ammunition, or related items in our bins. These materials are hazardous and require specialized disposal methods that fall outside the scope of our bin rental service.

Dirt/Masonry Materials

Concrete, rock, boulders, sod, dirt, gravel, stucco, and bricks are not permitted in our bins. These materials can cause damage and require specific disposal procedures that are not included in our standard bin rental service. Please select a dirt or concrete bin and ensure that only clean dirt or concrete goes in these bins.

Paint - Oil - Gasoline

We do not allow any type of cooking oil, engine oil, coolant, gasoline / diesel, any type of liquid paint. We accept EMPTY ONLY paint pails preferably in bags.

What is the ideal bin size for a residential cleanout?

The ideal bin size for a residential clean-out depends on the volume of waste. A 12-yard or 20-yard bin is usually sufficient for most home projects.

How much can a residential bin hold?

The volume of a residential 12 yrd bin can hold the equivalent of 5 pick up box. A residential 20 yrd bin can hold the equivalent of 8 pick up box.

Can a residential bin be placed on the street?

Yes, a residential bin can be placed on the street. Although it is preferred for the bin to be place on private property. Homeowners are required an OSCAM permit to have a bin placed on the street. Please select the option at checkout.

How long can I have the bin for?

Binwise disposal is proud to offer the most extensive rental customization on the market. You can keep the bin from 1hr to months a time. See our booking options during checkout or reach out about any request.

Can I move the bin once it's placed?

We have a very strict safety policy against moving, pushing, lifting, pulling or altering the state of the bin after it is placed for any reason. Violators will be charged a $1,000 fine. If you need to have your bin(s) moved, please call us.
