At BinWise Disposal, we value fairness and transparency. Our pricing follows a simple “pay for what you use” model. If your load exceeds the 1-ton weight limit, you won’t face a flat overage fee, instead, you’ll only pay for the extra weight at $89 per ton.

Our bin rentals accept a wide range of household items, including housewares, personal belongings, clothing, plastics, and paper. You can also dispose of furniture such as mattresses, box springs, chairs, couches, and sofa beds making your cleanup easy and convenient.
We accept certain household chemicals and pesticides, as long as they are in their original, securely sealed containers. This helps ensure safe handling and proper disposal through our bin rental.
We accept a wide range of electronics, including TVs, computers, and printers. Our bin rentals also accommodate appliances such as microwaves, stoves, dishwashers, washers, dryers, ovens, AC units, swamp coolers, freezers, and refrigerators.
Both empty and full paint cans are accepted in our bin rentals, as long as they are securely sealed to prevent leaks and ensure safe disposal.
Mattresses and box springs are accepted with a $25 surcharge per item. Please ensure they are placed near the top of the bin for easy removal.
Batteries of any kind are strictly prohibited, including car batteries and all types of lithium batteries, due to safety and environmental regulations.
We do not accept items like fecal matter, deceased animals, medical waste, or any materials contaminated with potentially infectious substances in our bin rentals, in order to comply with health and safety regulations.
Our bin rental service does not accept food waste, including leftovers, spoiled food, fruit and vegetable peels, coffee grounds, eggshells, bones, and other kitchen scraps. Please dispose of all food waste using your regular city-provided garbage bins.
Weapons
Please do not place weapons, firearms, ammunition, or related items in our bins. These materials are hazardous and require specialized disposal methods that fall outside the scope of our bin rental service.
Concrete, rock, boulders, sod, dirt, gravel, stucco, and bricks are not permitted in our bins. These materials can cause damage and require specific disposal procedures that are not included in our standard bin rental service.
The ideal bin size for a residential clean-out depends on how much waste you need to remove. For most home projects, a 12-yard or 20-yard bin rental is typically the perfect fit.
A 12-yard residential bin can hold roughly the equivalent of 5 pickup truck loads, while a 20-yard bin can handle about 8 pickup truck loads making both great options for home clean-outs and renovation projects.
Yes, a residential bin can be placed on the street, though we recommend placing it on private property when possible. If street placement is needed, a $25 permit fee may apply, just select this option at checkout. No need to worry about the planning, we’ll handle it for you.
Items such as hazardous materials, weapons, propane tanks, tires, and batteries are not permitted in residential bin rentals due to safety and environmental regulations.
There’s no time limit on accessing our service. Each residential bin rental is automatically renewed every 30 days. If you need a new empty bin, we’ll deliver one standard rental rates will apply for the new term.
For safety reasons, our policy strictly prohibits moving, pushing, lifting, pulling, or altering the bin once it has been placed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine. If you need your bin relocated, please contact us, we’re happy to help.
