1. Service Overview

Binwise Disposal provides temporary dumpster rentals for residential, commercial, and construction projects within Edmonton and surrounding areas.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.A valid payment method is required to secure your rental.Payments are processed securely via Stripe.1 ton of waste is included in each rental. Additional weight is charged at $89/ton.Adry run fee of $50applies if the bin is inaccessible during scheduled pickup/drop-off.Early cancellation incurs a fee of50% of the total rental cost, unless the $5 early cancellation protection is selected at checkout.

3. Bin Usage Terms

Bins mustnotcontainsod, dirt, rocks, gravel, concrete, orhazardous materials.Mechanical compaction is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a$1,000 fine. For a full list of prohibited items, visit:www.binwisedisposal.ca/prohibited-items Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and legal placement of the bin.

4. Driveway Protection and Insurance

At checkout, you may select:

Driveway Protectionto minimize surface damage during delivery and pickup.Damage Protection Insurancefor peace of mind during your rental period.

5. Rental Period

Standard rentals include up to [insert rental duration, e.g., 7 days].

Additional days may be charged based on our current rate schedule.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Delays due to weather or site inaccessibilityDamage to surfaces caused by bin placement unless Driveway Protection was selectedFines incurred from improper bin contents or placement

7. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure the drop-off area is clear and accessibleDo not move the bin once it is placedDo not overload or fill above the rimFollow all municipal regulations regarding placement

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the cancellation fee. No refunds for early pickups.Customers can purchase $5 early cancellation protection at the time of booking to waive cancellation fees.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
