Binwise Disposal Dumpster Rental AgreementThis Rental Agreement

("Agreement") is entered into between the customer ("Customer") and Binwise Disposal ("Company") for the rental and use of a waste container ("Dumpster"). By checking the agreement box and submitting payment, the Customer agrees to the following terms:

1. Rental Period

The standard rental period is[X] days.Additional days are charged at$[XX] per dayunless prior arrangements are made.

2. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup dates will be scheduled in advance.The Customer must ensure the drop-off area is clear and accessible.If the dumpster is inaccessible on the scheduled pickup day, adry run fee of $50will apply.

3. Prohibited Materials

The following items

must not
be placed in the dumpster:

Hazardous waste: Paint, oil, chemicals, asbestos, etc.Electronics: TVs, monitors, computers. Tires or batteries.Appliances containing Freon.Sod, dirt, gravel, rocks, concrete, or heavy fill (unless approved in writing).Biohazard or medical waste.

Unauthorized disposal of prohibited items may result in fines up to $1,000.

4. Weight Limits & Overages

Each dumpster rental includes1 tonof waste.Exceeding this limit will incur an overage charge of$89 per additional ton.Mechanical compaction is strictly prohibitedand will result in a$1,000 fine.

5. Driveway Protection & Damage

The Customer is responsible for any damage to their property.Driveway protection is available for an additional feeand isstrongly recommended.The Company is not liable for damage to paved or unpaved surfaces, lawns, or underground utilities.

6. Access and Placement

The Customer grants permission for the Company to enter the property for delivery and pickup.The Customer assumes responsibility for guiding proper placement of the dumpster.

7. Cancellation & Early Pickup

Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery will incur a fee of50% of the total rental cost.Customers can opt towaive this feeby paying a$5 early cancellation waiverat checkout.No refunds for early pickup unless agreed upon in writing.

8. Responsibility & Liability

The Customer assumes full responsibility for the contents placed in the dumpster, including overweight fines and disposal of unauthorized items.The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any damage, injury, or claims resulting from the use or placement of the dumpster.

9. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.Additional fees (overages, damages, prohibited items, etc.) will be charged to the payment method on file.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the province of Alberta.Any disputes shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Edmonton, Alberta.

By checking the box and proceeding with the order, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms.
