Bin Rental Terms & Conditions
By booking with BinWise Disposal ("we" or "us"), you ("you" or "the customer") agree to the
following:
1. Renting a Bin
- You're renting a bin for waste disposal only - no other use is allowed.
- You're responsible for the bin while it's on your property, from drop-off to pickup.
Optional insurance is available to cover theft, fire, or vandalism - ask to add it when booking.
- If local laws require a permit (e.g., for street or alley placement), it's your responsibility to get one before
delivery.
2. Payment & Extra Charges
- Payment is due when you book, unless otherwise agreed.
- Each rental includes 1 tonne (1,000 kg) of waste. Extra weight is billed at $89 per tonne.
- You may be charged extra for:
- Keeping the bin longer than agreed
- Overfilled bins or blocked pickup access
- Prohibited or improperly handled materials
- Damage, loss, or unauthorized movement of the bin
- By booking, you give permission for us to charge your payment method on file for any such costs.
3. Using the Bin & Your Responsibilities
- Don't overfill - waste must stay level with the top edge.

- Firearms or related items (guns, bullets, casings, or locked cases)
- Mattresses (unless arranged - $25 each)
- Heavy materials like dirt, sod, soil, concrete, bricks, pavers, masonry, or similar items are not allowed
unless pre-approved by the company. These materials may require a different bin or special handling.
- No compactors or machinery may be used to crush materials inside the bin.
- Don't move the bin - only we can. Unauthorized movement may result in fees or denied pickup.
- Place the bin on a flat, solid surface. We're not responsible for surface damage (lawns, pavement,
underground lines).
- Make sure the pickup area is clear and accessible. Blocked pickups may incur a fee.
- We may take photos of the bin at drop-off or pickup to document fill level, location, or condition.4. Our Job

- We're also not liable for injuries or issues caused by misuse of the bin.
- You take full responsibility for the bin while it's in your care and agree to cover any damage or legal issues
caused by improper use.
- You agree not to hold us liable for fines, claims, or penalties resulting from violations of these terms.
